Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Real11 Fantasy Cricket and its related services.

By registering for, accessing or using Real11 Fantasy Cricket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and all other applicable Platform rules and policies.

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Real11 Fantasy Cricket, including its website, mobile application, services, contests, features, content and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Real11 is a Fantasy Cricket platform owned and operated by Orvantis Technologies (“Orvantis Technologies”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By registering for, accessing or using Real11 Fantasy Cricket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Real11 Privacy Policy, applicable Contest Rules, Fantasy Cricket Scoring Rules, Pay-out Rules, promotional terms and any other policies, rules or guidelines applicable to the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register for, access or use Real11 Fantasy Cricket.

2. About Real11 Fantasy Cricket

Real11 Fantasy Cricket is a fantasy sports service through which eligible Users may create virtual cricket teams by selecting players from eligible real-world cricket matches, series or tournaments and participate in fantasy contests and other Fantasy Cricket formats made available on the Platform.

The performance of selected players in the corresponding real-world cricket match may be used to calculate fantasy points in accordance with the applicable Fantasy Cricket Scoring Rules.

Real11 does not organise, conduct or control the underlying real-world cricket matches, leagues, tournaments or competitions unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Real11 is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with any:

  • Cricket board;
  • Cricket governing body;
  • Cricket league;
  • Cricket tournament;
  • Cricket franchise;
  • Cricket team;
  • Cricket player; or
  • Other cricketing organisation.

All third-party names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property relating to real-world cricket remain the property of their respective owners.

3. User obligations and amendments

By accessing or using Real11 Fantasy Cricket, you agree to:

  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Follow all applicable Fantasy Cricket Contest Rules;
  • Follow the applicable Fantasy Cricket Scoring Rules;
  • Follow applicable Pay-out or Reward Rules;
  • Provide accurate, complete and current information;
  • Comply with all applicable identity, age, location, payment and verification requirements; and
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Orvantis Technologies may amend, modify, supplement or replace these Terms, Contest Rules, Scoring Rules, Pay-out Rules or other Platform policies from time to time.

Any amended terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform or upon being otherwise communicated to Users, unless a different effective date is specified.

Your continued access to or use of Real11 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue using the relevant Real11 services.

4. Eligibility and location

Real11 Fantasy Cricket is available only to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • Are physically located in a jurisdiction where the relevant Real11 service is legally permitted to be offered;
  • Successfully complete applicable registration and verification requirements; and
  • Comply with all applicable laws and Platform requirements.

Persons below 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering for or participating in Real11 Fantasy Cricket.

Real11 may restrict, suspend or discontinue access to Fantasy Cricket in any State, Union Territory or jurisdiction where the relevant service is prohibited, restricted, unauthorised or otherwise not legally permissible.

The availability of Real11 Fantasy Cricket on the Platform does not constitute a representation that the service is lawful or available in every jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of Real11 Fantasy Cricket is lawful from the location from which they access the Platform.

Real11 may use location verification, device information, identity verification and other reasonable measures to determine a User’s eligibility.

Any attempt to circumvent location, age, identity or other eligibility restrictions is strictly prohibited.

5. Accounts and verification

Users may be required to create a Real11 Account to access certain Fantasy Cricket services.

Each individual may maintain only one Real11 Account.

During registration and verification, Users must provide information that is accurate, complete, current and capable of being verified.

Such information may include:

  • Full name;
  • Mobile number;
  • Email address;
  • Date of birth;
  • Residential information;
  • Location information;
  • PAN or other tax-related information;
  • Bank or payment information; and
  • Any other information reasonably required for identity, age, eligibility, security or regulatory verification.

Real11 may refuse an Account application, subject to applicable law and without being required to disclose the reasons for such refusal.

Real11 may close, suspend, restrict or deactivate duplicate, fraudulent, unauthorised or otherwise non-compliant Accounts.

6. Account security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their:

  • Login credentials;
  • Passwords;
  • PINs;
  • OTPs;
  • Registered mobile number;
  • Email Account; and
  • Other authentication credentials.

Users must not:

  • Share their Account with another person;
  • Permit another person to operate their Account;
  • Sell, transfer, assign, rent or otherwise provide access to their Account;
  • Use another person’s Account; or
  • Allow another person to participate in Fantasy Cricket through their Account.

Users must immediately notify Real11 if they suspect unauthorised access to or use of their Account.

Real11 shall not be responsible for losses arising from a User’s failure to maintain appropriate Account security, except to the extent required under applicable law.

7. Fantasy Cricket contests

Real11 may make different Fantasy Cricket Contest formats available from time to time, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

The relevant Contest page may specify:

  • Match, series or tournament;
  • Contest format;
  • Number of participants;
  • Number of teams permitted;
  • Entry requirements, where applicable;
  • Contest start and team-lock time;
  • Prize, reward or benefit structure, where applicable;
  • Number of winners;
  • Scoring methodology;
  • Applicable Contest Rules; and
  • Other conditions governing participation.

Users are responsible for reviewing the information displayed on the relevant Contest page before participating.

The terms and conditions specifically displayed for a particular Contest shall form part of these Terms.

8. Team creation and player availability

Where team creation is enabled, Users may create a virtual Fantasy Cricket team by selecting eligible players from the relevant real-world cricket match.

Depending on the Fantasy Cricket format, the Platform may prescribe:

  • Number of players;
  • Player categories;
  • Maximum number of players from one real-world team;
  • Player credits or selection limits;
  • Captain and Vice-Captain requirements;
  • Minimum or maximum player requirements; and
  • Other team-composition conditions.

Users are solely responsible for the teams they create and submit.

Team selections must be completed before the applicable team-lock deadline.

Once the team-lock deadline has passed, Users may not modify their team unless the applicable Fantasy Cricket Rules expressly permit such modification.

Real11 may determine player availability based on information received from official, authorised or reliable cricket sources and third-party data providers.

Player availability may change due to:

  • Changes to the announced Playing XI;
  • Injuries;
  • Team selection;
  • Match format;
  • Player withdrawal;
  • Match conditions; or
  • Other developments relating to the underlying cricket match.

The treatment of players who do not participate in a match shall be governed by the applicable Fantasy Cricket Scoring Rules.

Real11 may make reasonable adjustments to player availability, Contest configuration or related Platform functionality where necessary to administer a Contest accurately and fairly.

9. Captain, Vice-Captain and scoring

Where a Fantasy Cricket format provides for Captain and Vice-Captain selections, the applicable scoring multipliers shall be specified in the Fantasy Cricket Scoring Rules.

Captain and Vice-Captain selections must be completed before the applicable team-lock deadline.

The applicable multiplier shall be applied to the fantasy points earned by the selected Captain or Vice-Captain in accordance with the applicable Scoring Rules.

Fantasy points are calculated based on eligible performances of selected players in the corresponding real-world cricket match.

Depending on the applicable Fantasy Cricket format, points may be awarded or deducted for events including:

  • Runs;
  • Boundaries;
  • Sixes;
  • Wickets;
  • Runs conceded;
  • Maidens;
  • Catches;
  • Run-outs;
  • Stumpings;
  • Strike rate;
  • Economy rate;
  • Ducks;
  • Bowling milestones; and
  • Other cricketing events specified in the applicable Scoring Rules.

The exact scoring methodology applicable to each Contest shall be specified in the relevant Fantasy Cricket Scoring Rules.

The applicable Scoring Rules shall determine the calculation of fantasy points and final rankings.

10. Cricket data and third-party information

Real11 may obtain cricket-related information from:

  • Official cricket sources;
  • Match organisers;
  • Authorised data providers;
  • Third-party statistical providers; and
  • Other sources considered reasonably reliable.

Such information may include:

  • Match schedules;
  • Playing XI;
  • Player profiles;
  • Live scores;
  • Player statistics;
  • Match events; and
  • Final match results.

Real11 does not guarantee that third-party information will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted or immediately updated.

Where an error or discrepancy occurs in third-party data, Real11 may take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, correct or update the relevant information.

11. MATCH DATA

Real11 may obtain cricket-related information from:

Official cricket sources;

Match organisers;

Authorised data providers;

Third-party statistical providers; and

Other sources considered reasonably reliable.

Such information may include:

Match schedules;

Playing XI;

Player profiles;

Live scores;

Player statistics;

Match events; and

Final match results.

Real11 does not guarantee that third-party information will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted or immediately updated.

Where an error or discrepancy occurs in third-party data, Real11 may take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, correct or update the relevant information.

12. LIVE SCORES AND RANKINGS

Real11 may provide live fantasy scores and rankings during a cricket match.

Live scores, fantasy points and rankings are provisional and may change during or after the match as additional or corrected match data becomes available.

A User’s position on a live leaderboard does not constitute a final Contest result.

Final rankings shall be determined after the relevant match data has been processed and the Contest has been settled in accordance with the applicable Scoring Rules and Contest Rules.

13. FINAL SETTLEMENT

A Fantasy Cricket Contest shall generally be settled after:

The underlying cricket match has concluded;

Applicable match data has been received and processed;

Fantasy points have been calculated; and

The applicable settlement process has been completed.

The final result determined by Real11 in accordance with the applicable Fantasy Cricket Rules shall govern the outcome of the Contest, subject to correction of any demonstrable technical, calculation or data-related error and applicable law.

14. MATCH ABANDONMENT, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

If a cricket match is:

Cancelled;

Postponed;

Abandoned;

Suspended;

Interrupted;

Shortened; or

Otherwise materially affected,

Real11 shall determine the treatment of the associated Fantasy Cricket Contest in accordance with the applicable Contest Rules, Scoring Rules and applicable law.

Where a Contest is cancelled, declared void or otherwise invalidated, any applicable entry amount, reward or other balance shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable refund or settlement policy.

No User shall be entitled to claim a prize or reward from a Contest that has been validly cancelled or declared void.

15. PUBLIC FANTASY CRICKET CONTESTS

Real11 may make public Fantasy Cricket Contests available to eligible Users.

Public Contests may specify:

Maximum participants;

Minimum participation requirements;

Contest format;

Number of winners;

Prize or reward structure;

Applicable entry conditions; and

Contest duration.

Only Users satisfying the applicable eligibility requirements may participate.

Real11 may cancel, modify, restrict or discontinue a Contest where required due to legal, regulatory, technical, security or operational reasons.

16. PRIVATE FANTASY CRICKET CONTESTS

Where enabled, Real11 may allow Users to create private Fantasy Cricket Contests and invite other eligible Users.

Private Contests may be governed by:

A Contest code;

An invitation mechanism;

A predefined participant limit;

A specified Contest format; and

Other conditions displayed at the time of creation.

The creator of a private Contest is responsible for ensuring that invitations are sent only to eligible Users.

Real11 may cancel, restrict or suspend a private Contest where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, technical circumstances, security concerns or Platform policies.

17. CONTEST LIMITS

Real11 may impose reasonable limits on:

The number of Contests a User may enter;

The number of teams a User may create;

The number of teams permitted in a Contest;

The number of participants;

Contest participation frequency; and

Other Fantasy Cricket activities.

Such limits may vary based on Contest format, User eligibility, applicable law, regulatory requirements, security considerations or other legitimate operational considerations.

18. REWARDS, PRIZES AND OTHER BENEFITS

Where legally permissible and specifically made available by Real11, a Fantasy Cricket Contest may provide prizes, rewards or other benefits.

The relevant Contest page shall specify the applicable structure and may include:

Number of winners;

Winning positions;

Prize or reward amounts or benefits;

Eligibility conditions;

Settlement conditions;

Applicable deductions; and

Other applicable terms.

Real11 does not guarantee that any particular Contest, prize, reward or benefit will always be available.

All prizes and rewards remain subject to applicable law and the terms and conditions of the relevant Contest.

19. TIES

Where two or more Users achieve the same final fantasy score, the applicable prize or reward shall be distributed in accordance with the Pay-out Rules specified for the relevant Contest.

Where no separate tie-breaking mechanism is specified, the applicable prize or reward pool may be distributed among the tied positions in accordance with the applicable Pay-out Rules and applicable law.

20. TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENT SERVICES

Where Real11 lawfully provides payment, wallet, deposit, withdrawal, entry-fee or other monetary functionality, such functionality shall be governed by the terms displayed for the relevant service.

Real11 may use authorised third-party payment processors, banks or other financial service providers to process transactions.

Users must provide accurate and valid payment and banking information.

A transaction may remain pending or may be delayed due to:

Payment-provider processing;

Banking delays;

Identity verification;

Security checks;

Compliance requirements;

Technical issues; or

Other circumstances beyond Real11’s reasonable control.

21. TRANSACTION DISPUTES

If a User is debited by a payment provider but the relevant transaction does not reflect in the User’s Real11 Account within the applicable processing period, the User should contact Real11 Customer Support through the contact channels provided on the Platform.

The User may be required to provide:

Registered mobile number;

Transaction amount;

Transaction date;

Transaction ID or reference number; and

Relevant payment information.

Real11 shall investigate the transaction and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and its internal procedures.

22. WITHDRAWALS

Where withdrawals or other cash-equivalent benefits are legally permitted and made available by Real11, Users may be required to complete identity and payment verification before such transactions are processed.

Real11 may require:

PAN verification;

Identity verification;

Bank Account verification;

Payment instrument verification;

Address verification; and

Other information required under applicable law or compliance procedures.

The name and other details provided by the User must correspond with the User’s verified Real11 Account and relevant payment or banking records.

Real11 may delay, restrict or reject a withdrawal where:

Verification is incomplete;

Account information is inaccurate or inconsistent;

Fraud, misuse or suspicious activity is suspected;

The Account is under investigation;

The transaction requires additional compliance checks; or

The transaction is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Applicable withdrawal limits, processing timelines and charges, if any, shall be displayed on the Platform.

23. TAXATION

Any tax, withholding, levy, cess or statutory deduction applicable to prizes, rewards, winnings or other amounts shall be determined and processed in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Real11 may deduct or withhold applicable taxes at the rates prescribed by law.

Users remain responsible for complying with their individual tax obligations.

Where required by law, Real11 may provide applicable tax deduction certificates, statements or other relevant documentation.

24. PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES

Real11 may offer promotional campaigns, bonuses, rewards, referral programmes or other benefits from time to time.

Each promotion may be subject to separate eligibility criteria, conditions and promotional terms.

Real11 may:

Modify, suspend or discontinue a promotion;

Restrict eligibility;

Cancel promotional benefits;

Reverse benefits obtained through fraud, misuse or violation of promotional terms; and

Take any other action permitted under the applicable promotional terms and law.

Users must not manipulate, abuse or attempt to exploit promotional programmes.

25. FAIR PLAY

Real11 requires all Users to participate fairly, independently and in accordance with the applicable Contest Rules.

Users must not engage in any conduct intended to manipulate a Contest, undermine Platform integrity or obtain an unfair advantage, including:

Collusion;

Coordinated or syndicate play intended to manipulate Contest outcomes;

Multiple-Account activity;

Account sharing;

Use of bots, scripts or automated tools;

Unauthorised scraping or data collection;

Contest or ranking manipulation;

Payment fraud;

Identity fraud;

Technical exploitation;

Match-related manipulation;

Misuse of confidential or non-public information; or

Any other activity that compromises the fairness or integrity of Real11.

Real11 may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

26. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users must not:

Create, maintain or operate more than one Real11 Account.

Use another person’s identity or Account.

Sell, transfer, assign, rent or share an Account.

Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information.

Use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments.

Use bots, scripts, crawlers or automated software to access or interact with Real11.

Circumvent or attempt to circumvent Platform restrictions or eligibility requirements.

Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to Platform systems, Accounts, servers, databases or networks.

Scrape, copy, extract or harvest Platform data without prior authorisation.

Manipulate or attempt to manipulate Contest rankings, scores, results or outcomes.

Collude or coordinate improperly with other Users.

Exploit technical errors, bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended Platform functionality.

Obtain, disclose or use confidential or non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.

Engage in fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful activity.

Harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse or defame other Users or Real11 personnel.

Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening or offensive content.

Interfere with the security, functionality or normal operation of Real11.

Engage in any activity otherwise prohibited under applicable law.

27. INSIDER OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Users must not obtain, solicit, disclose, transmit or use confidential, non-public or improperly obtained information relating to:

A cricket player’s participation;

Playing XI;

Player injury or fitness;

Team selection;

Match strategy;

Match conditions;

Team composition;

Tournament or competition decisions; or

Any other material, non-public match-related information,

for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage in connection with Real11.

Where Real11 reasonably believes that a User has obtained, disclosed or used such information improperly, Real11 may investigate the matter and take action permitted under these Terms and applicable law.

28. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Real11 may suspend, restrict, disable or terminate a User’s Account where it reasonably believes that the User:

Has breached these Terms;

Has violated applicable Contest Rules;

Has violated applicable law;

Has created or operated duplicate Accounts;

Has provided false or misleading information;

Has engaged in fraud, collusion or other prohibited conduct;

Has manipulated or attempted to manipulate a Contest;

Has misused promotional offers or benefits;

Has compromised or attempted to compromise Platform security; or

Has otherwise engaged in prohibited conduct.

Real11 may also suspend or restrict an Account where required by law, regulatory direction, court order or a legitimate compliance, fraud-prevention or security requirement.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, Real11 may provide the User with an opportunity to respond to the relevant concerns.

Any balance, reward, prize, winnings or other amount associated with a suspended or terminated Account shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law, the relevant Contest Rules and the circumstances giving rise to the action.

29. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property relating to Real11, including:

Real11 trademarks and brand assets;

Logos;

Software and applications;

User interfaces;

Fantasy Cricket formats;

Contest structures;

Scoring systems and interfaces;

Written content;

Graphics;

Images;

Videos;

Audio;

Animations;

Databases; and

Other Platform materials,

is owned by, licensed to or otherwise lawfully used by Orvantis Technologies and/or its licensors, affiliates or partners.

Users shall not, without prior written authorisation:

Reproduce, copy or modify such materials;

Distribute, publish or transmit such materials;

Sell, license or commercially exploit such materials;

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Platform;

Create derivative works; or

Use such materials for any unauthorised commercial purpose.

Nothing in these Terms grants a User any ownership interest in Real11’s intellectual property.

30. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Real11 may use or integrate third-party service providers for:

Cricket data;

Match statistics;

Identity verification;

Payment processing;

Banking services;

Hosting and infrastructure;

Security;

Analytics;

Communications; and

Customer support.

Third-party services may be governed by their respective terms, conditions and privacy policies.

Real11 shall not be responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party service providers except to the extent required under applicable law.

31. PRIVACY

Real11 collects, processes, stores and uses User information in accordance with the Real11 Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection and privacy laws.

Information may be processed for purposes including:

Account creation and management;

Identity and age verification;

Location verification;

Contest administration;

Transaction processing;

Fraud detection and prevention;

Customer support;

Legal and regulatory compliance;

Platform security and integrity; and

Service improvement.

Users should review the Real11 Privacy Policy before accessing or using the Platform.

32. RESPONSIBLE USE

Real11 expects Users to use its Fantasy Cricket services responsibly and within the limits permitted by applicable law.

Users should not use Fantasy Cricket services in a manner that causes, or is reasonably likely to cause, financial, personal or other harm.

Real11 may implement measures including:

Participation limits;

Account restrictions;

Verification measures;

Location controls;

Age controls;

Transaction controls; and

Other safeguards,

where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, security considerations or Platform policies.

33. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Real11 will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of its Fantasy Cricket services.

However, uninterrupted, continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may be unavailable, delayed, restricted or disrupted due to:

Scheduled maintenance;

Technical failures;

Network failures;

Telecommunications failures;

Third-party service outages;

Cybersecurity incidents;

Government or regulatory directions;

Natural disasters;

Force majeure events; or

Other circumstances beyond Real11’s reasonable control.

Real11 may temporarily suspend access to any service, Contest, feature or functionality where necessary for maintenance, security, compliance or operational reasons.

34. DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real11 Fantasy Cricket is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Real11 does not warrant or guarantee that:

The Platform will always be available;

Access will always be uninterrupted;

Match data will always be accurate, complete or immediately updated;

Live scores will always be displayed without delay;

Third-party information will always be complete or accurate;

The Platform will be compatible with every device or network; or

Errors or technical issues will always be corrected immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

35. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orvantis Technologies, Real11 and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Real11 shall not be responsible for losses arising from:

A User’s breach of these Terms;

Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by a User;

Compromise of Account credentials resulting from the User’s negligence or misconduct;

Unauthorised use of the User’s payment instrument attributable to the User’s negligence or misconduct;

Participation from an ineligible jurisdiction;

Fraudulent or unlawful activity undertaken by the User; or

Violation of applicable law by the User.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.

36. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Orvantis Technologies, Real11, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, licensors and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, arising from or relating to:

The User’s breach of these Terms;

Violation of applicable law;

Fraudulent, unlawful or prohibited activity;

Misuse of the Platform;

Infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights; or

Unauthorised use of the User’s Account arising from the User’s negligence or misconduct.

37. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Real11 operates its Fantasy Cricket services subject to applicable laws, regulations, governmental directions and regulatory requirements.

Real11 may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any Fantasy Cricket service, Contest, feature or transaction where:

The relevant activity is prohibited or restricted by law;

A required permission, approval or authorisation is unavailable;

A regulatory authority issues a direction;

Continued operation creates a legal, regulatory, security or compliance risk; or

Such action is otherwise required to comply with applicable law.

Users agree to comply with all applicable regulatory requirements communicated through the Platform.

38. CRICKET ASSOCIATION DISCLAIMER

Real11 Fantasy Cricket is a fantasy sports product based on real-world cricket.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Real11 does not claim to be an official partner, sponsor, licensee, representative or affiliate of any cricket board, league, tournament, franchise, team or player.

All third-party names, trademarks, logos, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

39. PUBLICITY

Where permitted by applicable law and subject to any consent required, Real11 may use a User’s name, image, likeness, voice or testimonial for legitimate promotional, marketing or publicity purposes relating to Real11 or the relevant Fantasy Cricket Contest.

Any such use shall comply with applicable legal requirements and consent requirements, where applicable.

40. FORCE MAJEURE

Real11 shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters;

Acts of God;

War or armed conflict;

Terrorism;

Riots or civil unrest;

Government action;

Regulatory restrictions;

Telecommunications or network failures;

Cyberattacks or cybersecurity incidents;

Infrastructure failures;

Pandemic or epidemic-related restrictions; or

Third-party service failures.

41. CHANGES TO FANTASY CRICKET

Real11 may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue Fantasy Cricket formats, features, scoring systems, Contest structures or other functionalities from time to time.

Any change affecting an ongoing Contest shall be handled in accordance with the applicable Contest Rules, Scoring Rules and applicable law.

Real11 does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular Contest format, feature or functionality.

42. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Users should first contact Real11 Customer Support regarding any dispute, complaint or concern relating to Fantasy Cricket or the Platform.

Real11 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve complaints in accordance with its applicable grievance-handling process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the applicable internal grievance process, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable dispute-resolution mechanism and governing law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking any statutory, interim, injunctive or other remedy available under applicable law.

43. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory provisions of law applicable to the User’s location.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

44. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Users may contact Real11 through the customer support and grievance redressal channels made available on the Platform for matters including:

Account issues;

Fantasy Cricket Contest issues;

Scoring concerns;

Match-data discrepancies;

Transaction issues;

Verification issues;

Rewards, winnings or prize-related queries;

Responsible-use concerns; and

Other complaints relating to the Platform.

Users should provide relevant information, such as their registered mobile number, Contest ID, transaction ID or other details reasonably required to investigate and resolve the matter.

45. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Real11 Privacy Policy, applicable Contest Rules, Fantasy Cricket Scoring Rules, Pay-out Rules, promotional terms and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Orvantis Technologies concerning the User’s access to and use of Real11 Fantasy Cricket.

Where a specific Contest Rule conflicts with these general Terms, the specific Contest Rule shall govern solely with respect to that particular Contest, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

46. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By accessing, registering for or using Real11 Fantasy Cricket, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are at least 18 years of age;

You are accessing Real11 from a location where the relevant service is legally available to you;

All information provided by you is true, accurate, complete and current;

You will maintain only one Real11 Account;

You will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise permit unauthorised access to your Account;

You will comply with all applicable Fantasy Cricket Rules and Contest Rules;

You will not use bots, automation, collusion, manipulation or other unfair means;

You understand that fantasy scores are calculated in accordance with the applicable Fantasy Cricket Scoring Rules;

You understand that live scores and rankings are provisional and may change before final settlement;

You will not obtain or use confidential or improperly obtained information to gain an unfair advantage;

You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements; and

You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Real11 Privacy Policy.
